Problems in Rhetoric

Gordon Brown tells us he isn't going to call a General election because he says that would cause 'chaos' and that the people want the Government to sort out the economy rather than electing in a new government in a snap election.

But Lord Mandelson said today that there would be no review of spending until after an election.

So...which is it?

Arrested for asking for a Policemen's badge number

In some ways makes me glad I didn't ask for badge numbers when I was stopped, as it seems my rights are more likely to get me smacked to the floor and taken away.
